Shipping: FREE shipping on orders $99 or more. For orders below $99, pay a flat rate of $9.99. FREE shipping to Canada on orders $149+
Order Changes & Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 30 Minutes of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
Customs Fee, Duties and Taxes: Customer is responsible for all Government/Customs fees and Taxes. All fees after order is placed is your responsibility.
Missing Package: Please track your order to see the transit status. If delivered and you have not received your package please contact courier and also reach out to us.
Damaged Product: If your package arrived damaged please capture photo/video evidence and file a claim with courier. Also please reach out to us so we are aware of the incident.
