Shipping: We ship within the United States and Canada.

FREE shipping on orders $99.99 or more. For orders below $99.98, the shipping rates ranges from $9.99 to $19.99 depending on your location within the U.S. 

Free shipping to Canada on orders $149+.

Order Changes & Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 30 Minutes of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.

Missing Package: Please track your order to see the transit status. If delivered and you have not received your order please contact us.

Damaged Product: If your package arrived with damaged product(s) please contact us providing details and photo/video evidence.
